“I’ve been to this clinic several times over the last 5 years (since I moved to San Clemente), and they’ve been nothing but great. From the front desk to the doctor in charge, everyone was professional and courteous. More recently (today 8/3), my encounter with Josh was particularly pleasant. It’s one to note because the line was was quite long (I counted over a dozen patients). Nevertheless, I was in a room in a little less than an hour and Josh handled the traffic with efficiency, while maintaining a calm, and friendly demeanor.

“I’m super appreciative to have found this MEDHERO location on Yelp, and so grateful they were open on a Sunday when my son was on his third day of feeling sick.
As other reviews state, the online and in-person check in process is smooth… I signed up on their website in advance and input all of our information including my Driver’s License and Insurance Card Photos.
We arrived on time and I received a text when they were ready to have us come inside. The front desk staff was friendly, accepted my co-pay, and we didn’t have to wait too long to be taken back. We found the facility to be clean…
The first Medical assistant we saw was Ashlyn and she was great with my son, performing a basic exam as well as a strep, covid and flu test. We were then seen by Cassidy, the PA-C on staff, who informed us of a positive Influenza B test and advised on next steps.
Not ideal news but we were happy to have answers.
Overall, a positive experience despite the circumstances. If you are reading this far and in need of an urgent care facility, this place is great. They also offer medspa services, but I was not paying much attention to that as I was handling my sick kid instead!

The friendly team did a chest xray after a quick examination, they had results within minutes, and prescriptions for pneumonia.
